Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Must be an experienced and Tenured Trainer with Corporate Travel Background and with GDS experience - Trained and Certified
  • Must be amenable to work 100% onsite at our WNS Bridgetowne Site
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; confident in leading virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in creating training decks, manuals, and performance reports using Excel and presentation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and identify improvement areas.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and provide constructive feedback to learners.

Job Description:

  • Facilitate training programs focused on Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Sabre and Amadeus
  • Certified in Sabre and Amadeus with a Corporate Travel Account experience.
  • Lead onboarding and continuous training for process associates within the assigned line of business (LOB)
  • Design, develop, and facilitate training modules (new hire, refresher, upskilling)
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify performance gaps
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee progress and endorse for certification
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Clients for process updates and calibration
  • Maintain training documentation, reports, and learning materials
  • Support audit and compliance requirements related to training
