Must be an experienced and Tenured Trainer with Corporate Travel Background and with GDS experience - Trained and Certified
Must be amenable to work 100% onsite at our WNS Bridgetowne Site
Strong facilitation and presentation skills; confident in leading virtual and in-person training sessions.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Proficient in creating training decks, manuals, and performance reports using Excel and presentation tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and identify improvement areas.
Ability to manage conflicts and provide constructive feedback to learners.
Job Description:
New Hire Training for TMC Batches and other GDS Training
Identify Trainee strengths and build them and identify areas of improvement and provide concrete work plan for improvement
Control absenteeism and attrition and motivate the team,
Prepare Daily Training Summaries to keep all parties concerned updated with regards to headcount, training progress, performance management, and attrition,
Keep up-to-date on overall activities of the training class, identify problem areas, and take corrective actions
Coordinate with HR, Finance/Admin, IT, TQA, and Ops for possible trainees concerns,
TNI and TNA to program the modules as per the process changes and needs
Ensure the timely and accurate production or reproduction of needed training materials, preparation of training supplies, and reservations of training rooms, in cooperation with the Training POC,
Routinely provide guidance to and assist in the training of less experienced staff
Manage trainee discipline and grievances
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
