Job Summar
GDS Premium Travel Account Specialist handles high-end travel bookings using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service for premium or VIP clients, ensuring seamless travel planning, ticketing, and problem resolution
.Key Responsibilitie
- sManage and process travel reservations using GDS platforms (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.
- )Assist premium/VIP clients with complex travel itineraries and customized travel arrangement
- sPerform ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and fare computations accuratel
- yProvide travel advice, including routes, visa requirements, and travel policie
- sHandle schedule changes, disruptions, and urgent requests efficientl
- yEnsure compliance with airline rules, fare regulations, and company policie
- sDeliver excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat suppor
- tMaintain accurate records of bookings and client interaction
- sWork with airlines, hotels, and partners to resolve travel issue
qualification
- sExperience in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar
- )Background in travel, airline, or BPO industry (preferred for premium accounts
- )Strong communication and customer service skill
- sAbility to handle high-pressure and time-sensitive situation
