Developing and implementing standard solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/GCP Deployment Manager) at an organizational level such as network, patching, backup, policies, and access
Managing existing Infrastructure as Code modules and upgrading or migrating legacy configurations
Responding to cloud environment issues and monitoring alerts (e.g. portal access, security findings, quota limits, etc.)
Assisting users with access-related issues and requests using GCP IAM tools to ensure adherence to security best practices including MFA, service accounts, and key management
Ensuring the overall health of all Cloud environments with regards to patching, anti-virus, backups, and performance thresholds
Assisting users with Day 2 troubleshooting issues across GCP environments
Ensuring ongoing configuration management health and compliance with organizational policies
Migrating to new releases of Terraform, Bitbucket, or equivalent toolsets
Creating and maintaining Runbooks and other support documentation
Adhering to ITIL processes (change, problem, configuration, incident management)
Applying Agile methodology and the Scrum framework while working closely with the product development team and the product owner

What do you need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud-based hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform
Strong working experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially with Terraform and GCP Deployment Manager
Solid knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle utilizing the DevOps framework around CI/CD
Very good understanding and experience in networking and security concepts such as routing, firewall, VPN, TCP/IP, VPC, firewall rules, Cloud NAT, anti-virus, and security risk remediation
