Job Description
This position will provide direct support to the financial reporting team and is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and reconciling selected general ledger accounts and intercompany transactions. The role will also assist with quarterly input pricing review and other ad hoc reporting requests.
Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing process including timely and accurate preparation of journal entries.
- Perform and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations with an in-depth analysis.
- Assist in intercompany accounting includes but not limited to reviewing and verifying intercompany charges, reviewing and resolving out of balance/intercompany charges, and intercompany account settlement.
- Collaborate with global accounting teams and other operations teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute intercompany reports.
- Complete input pricing review.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Participate in department projects by investigating potential impacts, and making recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and other Finance Department managers and analysts other members of the accounting and financial team or other departments to drive implementation of any identified process.
- Perform other related analysis and reporting as requested.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Three (3) or more years of in Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic word processing knowledge, preferably Word.
- Strong spreadsheet knowledge, preferably Excel.
