Job Description
- Responsible for air & ground handling operations; safety, compliance, training, regional-wide coordination and office administration
- Supervises gateway team & vendors on flight, ramp, import & export operations. Monitor & control work performance. Protect the airline's interest
- Compile daily report accurately and legibly to provide information to management for service improvement and operation analysis
- Coordinate UPS Air Operations with compliance to procedures, methods & safety
- Organize gateway's resources, workload and handles training
- On Time Performance, Aircraft Utilization, Payload Maximization, Flight Safety, Audit Standards
- Grade 20E supervisor supporting Air Operations manager by overseeing supervisors and frontline teams across different shifts, considering the complexity of Gateway operation
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in air operations, ground handling, or airline operations
- Knowledge of airside operations, load control and ramp procedures
- Team leadership and shift management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive operational environments
- Ability to coordinate with ramp, cargo, flight crew and control center
