Responsibilities

  • Verify notices and warrants of garnishment served on the Bank as to sufficiency and completeness in form and substance.
  • Prepare and review memoranda to hold, release, and lift and reply to notices and warrants of garnishment to implementing Sheriffs or Bureau of Internal Revenue and letters to depositors concerned, as well as pertinent letters to sheriffs or revenue officers as needed.
  • Coordinate with concerned Department of Legal Group regarding preparation and filing of Manifestations or Motions in garnishment proceedings as may be required by the circumstances.

Qualifications

  • With bachelor's degree
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of Juris Doctor or certification in paralegal training.
  • With 2 years of relevant experience in paralegal.
