What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement core features for mobile apps, mobile games, or backend systems
- Write high-quality, well-structured code following best engineering practices
- Collaborate closely with Design, Art, QA, Product, and Data teams to deliver polished, high-quality products
- Build and maintain backend APIs, databases, and internal tools (for Backend roles)
- Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of applications and systems
- Start your career with a 6-month paid intensive training program designed to build strong technical and industry foundations
What We're Looking For
- Background in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL/NoSQL (depending on role)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
- Passion for software development and gaming
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Able to communicate and work effectively in English
- Open to fresh graduates, early career shifters, and experienced professionals
- Familiarity with Unity3D, iOS/Android development, or app development is a plus but not required
Work Setup & Commitment
- Work location: Makati City (Staff housing provided)
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
