Job Description

Enforces the data analytics standards and applies best practices/approaches in delivering quality reports, intuitive dashboards, and comprehensive analyses of how programs/campaigns effectively grow engagement and Customer Lifetime Value. They provide valuable, actionable insights to achieve customer and business objectives, championing data-driven decisions and steering customer-centric directions.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Align stakeholders in the clear articulation of relevant business questions upon which appropriate data and analytical approaches to surface answers are pursued - With deep knowledge of business objectives, customer context, and team goals, drive clarity around the critical questions that key stakeholders need to answer, and determine the best data and analytics frameworks to be used to derive relevant answers.
  • Deliver comprehensive analyses and surface actionable insights on critical drivers of engagement and Customer Lifetime Value - Conduct customer profiling (demographics, geographic, behavioral, psychological, etc.), lead in-depth analyses, and deliver insighting frameworks, cohort analyses, pre and post campaign reviews to validate and/or inform strategic decisions.
  • Enforce standards and apply best practices in data build, visualization and reporting - Drive the gathering, extraction, transformation and validation of raw data into readable data; build comprehensive self-serve reports/ dashboards that empower business users to insight; leverage data visualization best practices and techniques to represent complex data in a clear, concise and meaningful way; ensure timeliness and accuracy of reports.
  • Drive data-driven performance measurement and influence continuous improvement of programs and campaigns - Inform target setting/forecasting, lead the monitoring of performance against key metrics, proactively surface potential red flags and/or opportunities to improve customer campaigns/programs.
