  • Location: Full Time-Contractor, On-Site Manila Office
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Compensation: P90,000-P120,000 per month

  • Are you a trusted advisor on human resource matters, including organizational design, employee engagement, and change management

About the Role:

  1. You will oversee human resources, employee relations, compensation, and benefits for our Manila office.
  2. You will be responsible for managing shared services teams that provide connectivity, office supplies, maintenance, repairs, and accounting to support the daily operations of the entire team.
  3. Your goal is to ensure we have the equipment, facilities, and resources our team needs to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

Desktop and Networking (DAN)

Manage one (1) DAN Engineer and one (1) DAN Engineer Assistant to ensure proper functioning and security of office software and hardware.

Compensation and Benefits:

Collaborate with one (1) HR Generalist to provide guidance on payroll-related issues and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and budget constraints.

Accounting Management:

Manage one (1) Accounting Officer, one (1) Accounting Associate, and one (1) Vendor Support Associate to prepare budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies in financial transactions.

Facility and Maintenance Management:

Manage two (2) Facilities Maintenance team members and coordinate with facility management vendors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and general maintenance. Assist with researching, locating, evaluating, and negotiating office facilities for a growing company.

HRIS and Timekeeping Management:

Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Generate reports from HRIS and timekeeping systems to support decision-making and compliance.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Advise on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, while remaining updated on Philippine labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.

Employee Relations:

Manage one (1) Employee Engagement Coordinator to promote a positive organizational culture by fostering open communication and employee engagement.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  1. MBA, Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Facilities Management or a related field (HR certification preferred).
  2. 5 years minimum proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with expertise in HRIS and timekeeping systems.
  3. Experience in ER cases, payroll, facility management, or maintenance is highly desirable.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Experience in creating Company Policies and written procedures and implementing them on a regular basis.
  7. Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, compensation strategies, and facility management principles.
