Job Description

  • Develop and drive the company's future of work strategy across people, processes, and technology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI, automation, and digital solutions.
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative ways of working.
  • Partner with executives to implement strategic workforce and business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy (MBB/ex-MBB preferred).
  • Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, and the future of work landscape.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience presenting recommendations to senior executives.
