Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Ability To Commute/relocate
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of furniture products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate production machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform sanding, cutting, drilling, fitting, finishing, packing, and other production-related tasks as assigned.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow workplace safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished goods within the facility.
- Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Support other production activities as required by the production team.
- High school graduate or vocational graduate.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, furniture production, woodworking, or assembly work is an advantage but not required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and render overtime when necessary.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Willing to be assigned to different production processes as needed.
- Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery.
- Familiarity with furniture assembly and finishing processes.
- Ability to use measuring tools and read simple production instructions.

- Parañaque: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
