About The Team & Business Line

Responsibilities
Your Role:
- You will manage a team of up to 15 people comprised of Operations Analysts to Supervisors.
- You will coordinate and/or lead the migration of existing clients from local Citco offices into Manila.
- You will utilize root cause and other applicable analyses to identify operational issues and inefficiencies. Collaborated with other teams and/or Citco offices to address such.
- You will negotiate and monitor Service Level Agreements with other Citco departments.
- You will create development plans for staff and implement training initiatives.
- You will deliver performance reviews by completing written comments for final appraisals as well as balanced constructive feedback regarding strengths and development areas.
- You will interview and hire Operation Analyst- and Senior Operations Analyst-level employees. Provided objective, written candidate feedback to VP and Human Resources.
- You will relay difficult information to employees regarding poor performance and executive performance improvement plans.
- You will support business decisions made my senior management by delivering the message in a professional manner to the team.
- You will delegate tasks across the team to ensure employees are held accountable for the duties assigned and associated to their level. Ensured allocations and workload were balanced across the team as best as possible.
- You will demonstrate situational awareness, anticipated issues or knowledge gaps and dealt with accordingly.
- You will create an open environment for communication between VP and team, ensured information was shared between the groups and employees were made aware of time sensitive information.
- You will escalate issues to senior management timely and with a potential solution.
- You will participate in or led department-wide Risk Management activities. Coached own team on risk identification and mitigation.
- You will collaborate with other Citco departments during new client launches (utilizing technical knowledge to execute); ensured onboarding checklist was completed, identified potential issues and risks during the launch.
- You will coach and develop employees at the Operations to Supervisor level to promotion.
- You will participate in or led projects at a local or global level.
Qualifications
About You:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
- With at least 6+ year of working experience in daily reconciliation, Cash and position reconciliation.
- With at least 3+ years of working experience in managing/handling a team
- Preferably Supervisor, with 5+ year's exposure in Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
