Fund Accounting Director

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Fund Accounting Director, responsible for setting strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and overseeing service delivery for a key global client.

In this role, you will manage and lead teams across two key locations the Philippines and India ensuring alignment, collaboration, and consistent delivery standards across regions.

This position requires strong leadership across regional teams, with accountability for transformation initiatives, client relationship management, and high-quality service delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for fund accounting operations
• Drive operational transformation and efficiency initiatives
• Establish and maintain service delivery standards and quality frameworks
• Lead business planning, execution, and performance monitoring
• Oversee risk management and compliance frameworks
• Foster a high-performance culture across global teams
• Lead talent development and succession planning
• Act as a senior escalation point for operations and client matters
• Partner with global stakeholders to enhance client relationships
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred; MBA is an advantage
• 15+ years of experience in fund accounting or financial services
• At least 7 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience in:
• Regional strategy and transformation
• Cross-border team leadership
• Large client portfolio management
• End-to-end fund accounting operations
