Avensys is seeking a Supervisor, Fund Accounting to oversee a team, monitor performance against targets, analyze variances, coach staff, and drive continuous process improvements. This role ensures high-quality service delivery while supporting hiring, training, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance against targets and perform root cause analysis for variances
- Identify and implement process improvements to meet objectives
- Coach, guide, and train team members with creative approaches
- Provide assistance to team members following established practices and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports as agreed with the customer
- Assist in hiring, selection, and onboarding of new team members
Qualifications
- College degree in Economics, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
