Functional Training Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Facilitates new hire classes, continuous education, refreshers, upskill trainings as needed or requested by stakeholders, cross training
• Coaches learners on training performance and behavioral opportunities to ensure development/improvement
• Data mines, updates, and sends reports about training performance on a regular basis
• Provides insights on training performance and recommends and executes action plans for performance improvement
• Coordinates with stakeholders based on scope and need
• Attends meetings with clients and other stakeholders as needed
• Keeps self updated and proficient by undergoing upskilling, certification, and product mastery
• Creates instructional design materials for new hire training, continuous education, information dissemination, etc.

Job qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a training or facilitation role
• Bachelor's degree in any course
• Open to college undergraduate who have completed at least 72 units
