Role: Performance Tester

Role Overview:

• Execute performance test, define test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test results. Provide ad-hoc performance testing/load generation for support of development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing performance test scripts and perform load, stress, volume testing

• Performing Test Execution

• Performing Test Monitoring

• Analyzing the test results

• Preparing the test report

• Conducting defect triage meetings

• Presenting the report to the development/business team

Success Indicators:

• Identify performance symptoms and issues

• Provide input for performance testing metrics

• Provide input for successful test cycle closure

Number of years experiences needed: 3-5 yrs
