Job Description:

Oversee inventory processes and ensure KPI targets (e.g., inventory accuracy) are met.
Ensure the department is staffed with skilled and well-developed talent.
Set and implement SOPs to improve productivity and optimize warehouse storage and picking areas.
Control inventory levels through physical counts and system reconciliation.
Manage replenishment, rack transfers, and aging inventory.
Flag non-conformance issues, shortages, and overages to relevant teams.
Provide performance reports to the Warehouse Lead.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
5 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, or related field
Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be willing to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan
