Job Description:

Monitor functional team members including the Shift In-Charge
Creation of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties
Performance evaluation including appraisals, coaching and development Monitor the daily attendance
Support and encourage the team members to put in their best
Expected to possess in-depth knowledge of all inbound, sort pack and outbound procedures and know how to use tools and other equipment
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, sorting and dispatch of parcels
Orderly stacking of product
Ensure parcels are processed accurately, timel,y and free of damage
Understands that quality is never to be compromised
Ensure that all team members wear protective gear during execution and monitor all team mates to ensure adherence to instructions
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) will be applied

Requirements:

Graduate of any bachelor's degree
Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
Keen with details and has a background in process improvement
Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
Amenable to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan
