Job Summary
The HCM Functional Consultant executes end-to-end HCM implementations to automate HR business processes within the enterprise technology sector. This role requires technical proficiency in Business Process Mapping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and HRMS configuration. The primary deliverable is the successful transition of clients from initial blueprinting to post-go-live handoff within defined project timelines. Candidates must possess a background in HR transformation, HCM implementation, or HR consulting within a global enterprise context.

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HCM implementation by executing Business Process Mapping and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to take customers live.
- Analyse business requirements to design solutions for functional scenarios and produce presentations for client demonstrations.
- Prepare blueprint documents and functional specifications to address client-specific use cases during the Business Process Mapping stage.
- Configure the product solution and coordinate with the Development team to define and deliver Change Request (CR) requirements.
- Facilitate Key User Training (KUT) and produce milestone sign-off documentation according to the project plan.
- Negotiate and manage expectations during the Change Management process for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform post-go-live support and produce technical documentation for account handoff to the Customer Success team.
- Analyse and map business benefits delivered through the HRMS implementation to ensure alignment with client objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree: Bachelor's Degree.
- Field of Study: Human Resources (Preferred).
- Commercial Accountability: Advisory and functional delivery.
