Role: Functional Consultant

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Makati City, Philippines

Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are looking for experienced Functional Consultants to join the Treasury & Risk – Risk Practice team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Asset Liability Management (ALM) implementations and exposure to treasury/risk management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from requirement gathering through project delivery
• Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design discussions
• Configure and implement ALM/Treasury solutions based on client requirements
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
• Prepare functional documentation, BRDs, FSDs, and process flows
• Support testing activities including SIT/UAT
• Deliver end-user training and provide post go-live support
• Ensure timely project delivery and effective stakeholder communication

Required Domain Experience

Strong hands-on implementation experience in:

• Asset & Liability Management (ALM)
• Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
• Liquidity Risk Management
• IFRS9 / Expected Credit Loss (ECL)

Preferred Product Experience

Experience working on any of the following platforms:

• Workiva
• Murex
• Fusion Risk (Finastra)
• Fusion Kondor
• Calypso
• Ambit Focus / Balance Sheet Manager

Required Skills
