The Functional Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with business requirements.
Working closely with Solution Designers, Developers, and Project Managers, the role translates functional needs into clear development tasks, reviews completed work for quality, and produces user-focused documentation to support adoption and ongoing use.

Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret solution designs, clarify requirements, and challenge assumptions where needed to ensure the best functional outcome
Translate solution designs into clear developer tickets, including acceptance criteria, updates, and amendments as the solution evolves
Conduct functional reviews of in-progress and completed development to confirm alignment with requirements and identify any gaps or issues
Prepare user-focused documentation such as manuals, quick-reference guides, cheat-sheets, and recorded demonstrations of completed user stories
Collaborate with Solution Designers, Developers, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and smooth delivery
Qualifications & Experience:
24 years experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role within a Salesforce or CRM environment
Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including data model, objects, fields, automation, permissions, declarative configuration
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
