A Day in the Life:
Attend daily team meetings to review progress and discuss upcoming tasks.
Design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with coding standards.
Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and consistency.
Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and implement software enhancements.
Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with team members and actively participate in knowledge sharing activities.
Incorporate feedback from senior team members to improve technical performance.
Develop technical skills through training and on thejob learning.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field ((completed or currently in progress; undergraduates welcome), with foundational skills in programming, data analysis, systems analysis, or technical problem‑solving.
2–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using Node.js.
Professional experience with at least one frontend framework: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience building web applications and working with RESTful APIs.
Experience reading and interpreting UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence).
Experience applying common software design patterns.
Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.
Experience using Git for code versioning and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience creating unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, or PowerMock.
Experience working with structured data formats such as JSON and YAML.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience using one or more of the following tools: Swagger, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Experience using quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, or WebInspect.
Experience with SOAPbased web services.
Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience identifying and mitigating common web application security vulnerabilities.
