Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.
Location: PAN India

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong front-end development expertise using React (version 16 or above), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Next.js.
  • Extensive experience in backend development using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, and Batch), REST APIs, and Microservices.
  • Experience developing and integrating reusable UI components and widgets.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and GraphQL.
  • Proven analytical and debugging skills using Splunk Queries, Azure KQL, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and container technologies, including Azure, OpenShift, and AKS.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and Docker.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of Utilization Management, Prior Authorization, Care Management, or Clinical Management processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of daily development activities.
  • Consistent use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved Generative AI platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve software development, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making processes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of evolving AI capabilities to enhance delivery quality and productivity.
