Cognitive Engineering | Full Stack AI Engineer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and integrate user-facing applications and backend systems that support cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. You will play a pivotal role in creating conversational interfaces, admin portals, and integrating APIs for seamless AI model orchestration and interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
. Design and develop intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces for conversational AI interactions and admin dashboards.
. Build scalable backend services and APIs to host, manage, and monitor AI model workflows.
. Integrate AI agents and models into enterprise systems and user interfaces, enabling multi-turn dialogues and dynamic workflows.
. Implement response caching, retry logic, token streaming, and escalation mechanisms for stable and responsive AI experiences.
. Enable agent transparency through structured output parsing, logs, interaction history, and feedback workflows.
. Ensure production-quality development through automated testing, error handling, and responsive design principles.

Key Skills and Experience:
UI Engineering
. Experience with chat interfaces, form-based flows, and multi-turn conversations
. Strong understanding of user-centric design and responsive UI development
Frontend Technologies
. Hands-on with JavaScript, React, Next.js, Vue, Angular
Backend Engineering & API Integration
. Skilled in Python, Node.js, Java, REST/GraphQL APIs, and WebSocket-based systems
. Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain Agents, AutoGen, and similar orchestration frameworks
. Experience with response caching, retry/back-off, token streaming, and secure data handling
. Experience in working with any one cloud and usage of serverless technologies
. Experience in Database ( SQL & NoSQL)
. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and testing practices
Enterprise Integration
. Experience working with systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
. Exposure to API gateway patterns and integration into AI pipelines
. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
