Responsibilities

Oversee daily order fulfillment operations

Manage warehouse staff and logistics teams

Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping

Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments

Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Resolve fulfillment issues and customer complaints
