Full-time WordPress/PHP Developer

We're seeking a WordPress developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team.

Work Hero offers WordPress support and development subscriptions to digital agencies in the US.

You'll work on Figma to WordPress conversions, Elementor builds, custom theme builds with front-end stack (TailwindCSS, React, etc.), plugin customizations, style tweaks, and much more!

The ideal candidate enjoys team collaboration and communicates effectively with clients

Requirements:

- At least 3+ years of experience with theme and plugin development. (Note: Applicants with only page builder plugin experience, without any programming knowledge, please don't apply.)

- Proven custom coding experience (CSS/JS/PHP/jQuery)

- At least 3 years of experience with at least two of these builders: Elementor, Bricks Builder, Gutenberg Blocks, Beaver Builder, or Oxygen Builder.

- ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) knowledge.

- Decent server experience: FTP/SFTP, cPanel, PHPMyAdmin, DNS, CDNs, staging development, and similar.

- Knowledge of web design best practices and WordPress coding standards.

- Great written English.

Great to have:

- Any CSS library (Tailwind, Foundation, etc.), Git, Node.js.

- JS frameworks proficiency (React, Next.js, Vue.js, etc.)

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD is a plus.

More details:

- We work from Monday to Friday only.

- Flexible hours, but you need to work some part during US business hours.
