Job Description

Lead Conversion & CRM Specialist

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented professional to support lead conversion, CRM operations, and sales process optimization. This role focuses on efficiently managing leads from first contact through conversion while ensuring accurate system tracking and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CRM systems and maintain lead databases

Qualify inbound leads and assign sales stages

Process, tag, and route leads for drip campaigns and follow-ups

Nurture leads via email and SMS until conversion

Coordinate appointments and reassign leads to agents

Monitor agent activity and track daily performance

Build reports, dashboards, and trackers in Google Sheets

Provide basic CRM troubleshooting and user support

Upload and manage leads in dialers and scheduling tools

Maintain backup databases and referral tracking systems

Support CRM updates, training materials, and team communications

Requirements

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Fast, responsive, and highly reliable

Comfortable working with data, CRM tools, and automation workflows
