LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

. Location: 107 Killiney Road

. Working Hours: Shift-based, basically 2:30pm - 11:30pm

. Rest Day: Closed on Mondays

. Off Days: 6 days per month

. Weekly Working Hours: 46 hours per week (basis)

- Standard working hours are 44 hours per week.

- For managerial positions, a special arrangement applies in

consideration of administrative duties: up to 2 hours per week

is included in the monthly salary as built-in overtime.

. Overtime: Any hours beyond the above are calculated at 1.5x

COMPENSATION

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

. Basic Salary: S$3,200 per month

. Salary Review: Yes, based on performance and contribution

. Annual Increment: Once a year

. Age-Based Increment: Once a year

. Annual Bonus: Once a year, subject to individual and overall

business performance

. Performance Bonus: Available, subject to individual and overall

business performance

. Leading and supporting the FOH team

. Maintaining consistently high service standards

. Training, coaching, and developing team members

. Observing our guests carefully and proactively responding to their needs

. Handling customer feedback and service recovery professionally

. Developing strong product knowledge and communicating the value and story behind our Wagyu, food, sake, whisky, and other beverages

. Supporting beverage purchasing, inventory control, and cost management

. Improving daily restaurant operations and efficiency

. Contributing to customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and sales growth

. Working closely with management to continuously improve the TWG brand and overall guest experience
