Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM systems and contact lists
- Perform research and accurate data entry
- Assist with customer service and communication tasks
- Schedule and manage social media posts
- Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Organize files, reports, and documentation
- Support daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience working directly with CEOs or high-level executives
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Basic graphics editing skills using Canva or similar tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
