Job Description

Linked Helpers is actively seeking an Executive Virtual Assistant with 2–3 years of proven experience working directly with US-based clients.

Core Details

  • Starting Salary: 20,000 PHP Per Month
  • Experience: 2–3 Years US Client Virtual Assistant Experience (Required)
  • Skills: Admin, Back Office, Phone/Email Support (Required)
  • Language: Fluent English (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and contact lists
  • Perform research and accurate data entry
  • Assist with customer service and communication tasks
  • Schedule and manage social media posts
  • Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
  • Organize files, reports, and documentation
  • Support daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience working directly with CEOs or high-level executives
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
  • Basic graphics editing skills using Canva or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
