BAI Finance is looking for a tech-savvy Full Stack Web Developer Intern to join our IT team. In this role, you will act as a solutions architect, helping us design, build, and maintain secure and user-friendly web applications that support our financial services. You will bridge the gap between technical programming and creative problem-solving to ensure our digital platforms meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Website Creation & Maintenance: Assist in designing, coding, and maintaining BAI Finance web assets using PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
- Front-End & Back-End Development: Build intuitive user-facing features and manage the server-side logic that powers our financial tools.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser compatibility, high performance, and zero downtime.
- Cloud & CMS Integration: Work with AI-based builders (Wix, Base 44) and WordPress to rapidly deploy and update web content.
- Security & Compliance: Support the implementation of web security principles to protect sensitive financial data.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Core Languages: Strong foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and backend languages (specifically PHP).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of API integration, server management, and databases (SQL, Oracle).
Industry Interest: An interest in FinTech and how web development supports financial operations.

Work Schedule / Location
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift (AU Time Zone):
- Primary Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Regular Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Location: Manros Plaza, General Maximo Ave, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu, Philippines | Hybrid
