Full-Stack Web Developer

We are Bushnote, a Sydney AI-search agency, and we are hiring our first developer. You will set up and run the platforms our content and SEO programs live on, and automate the repeatable work with Claude. The first build is a combined AI-search and SEO program for a national lender.

What you will do

• Build and run headless and hosted CMS platforms across Strapi, Storyblok, Webflow and Ghost.
• Deploy and manage front ends and edge functions on Vercel, with clean, maintainable code.
• Build programmatic SEO at scale, templated pages, topical clusters, schema and structured data.
• Build internal tools and automations with Claude that take repeatable work off the team.

Must-haves

• Hands-on experience with most of Strapi, Storyblok, Webflow, Ghost and Vercel.
• Strong coding in JavaScript or TypeScript, with REST and GraphQL APIs and Git.
• Daily fluency with Claude, and real skill building with AI.
• Agency experience, delivering client work to deadlines.
• Fluent, professional written English.
• The discipline to run autonomously from a short brief.

Nice to have

• A working grasp of technical SEO, schema and indexation.
• Experience with Next.js or a similar framework.
