Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development
- Build and maintain frontend applications using React.js and modern UI frameworks
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js / Express.js
- Design and manage PostgreSQL database schemas and implement optimized queries
- Implement real-time features using webhooks and Redis caching
- Build secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and industry best practices
AI-Driven Development
- Integrate and optimize LLM-based features for natural language understanding
- Develop audio processing pipelines for transcription and meeting intelligence
- Implement vector search and semantic retrieval capabilities
- Contribute to intelligent systems for generating client insights, summaries, and action items
Enterprise Integration
- Build integrations with leading CRM platforms, email systems, and calendars
- Develop scheduling, payment, and workflow management features
- Apply strong security, privacy, and compliance practices across the system
Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 1+ years building production applications with React.js and JavaScript/ES6+
- 1+ years backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, vector databases, or AI-powered product features
- Experience with Azure, Redis, and cloud-native environments
- Authentication and identity management experience (OAuth2, JWT)
Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of scalable architecture, CI/CD, and secure API design
- Experience working in an agile or startup environment is a plus
