We are looking for a Full Stack Solutions Engineer in Professional Services (PS) to join our growing team. You will serve as a technical liaison between our platform and our clients, responsible for designing and implementing custom integrations while providing superior customer support. This role combines strong development skills with exceptional client communication to ensure successful integration projects. The position directly impacts customer retention and satisfaction by managing multiple active integration projects simultaneously and turning complex technical requirements into functional solutions.
Day In The Life
Integration Development (40%)
- Build and deploy API integrations between our platform and client systems
- Create CSV export solutions for data migration
- Develop two-way payroll integration implementations
Customer Interaction (30%)
- Conduct client meetings to gather technical requirements
- Provide ongoing technical support for integration-related inquiries
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Custom Solution Creation (10%)
- Develop custom career sites for clients
- Build custom tools and reporting solutions for enterprise customers
- Create custom tools for Customer Success team
Production Integration Optimization (20%)
- Migrate completed integrations to the production environment
- Optimize integrations for self-service implementation
- Document technical processes and solutions
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in full stack development, Python, Typescript (or Javascript) and workflow automation platforms like Workato
- Customer Service: Excellent client-facing skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Project Management: Capable of managing 5-6 concurrent integration projects with varying complexity and different deadlines
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and creative solution development
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub)
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Strong track record of successful customer interaction in technical roles
- Must be willing to work during US hours
- Previous experience in SaaS implementation or professional services preferred
