Full Stack Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that support products for regulated financial businesses. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating data sources, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions. The Full Stack Engineer will also help improve development workflows, documentation, and deployment pipelines to support scalability and ongoing product evolution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and proven experience delivering productions grade code using AI.
• Proficiency in software architecture and development practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Strong skills in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks for responsive, accessible UI.
• Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including API design, server-side frameworks, databases, and security best practices (.NET, Java, Node, etc,,).
• Comfort working in remote, collaborative, and high ownership environments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with financial services, compliance-driven systems, or AI-enabled products is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
