Full Stack Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Represent NxtGen AI in client and partner conversations, reinforcing confidence in delivery excellence.

2. Design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable applications across the full stack frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

3. Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).

4. Architect backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs that are secure, performant, and easy to maintain.

5. Work with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

6. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.

7. Implement CI/CD pipelines, write automated tests, and ensure production-ready quality in every release.

8. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

9. Stay current with new frameworks, tools, and best practices to continuously improve team efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• 37+ years of experience as a software engineer or full stack developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid backend development experience in Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (Git).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
• Bonus points for experience with data platforms, applied AI/ML integrations, or DevOps practices.
