We have an exciting opportunity for a Fullstack Developer, with a specific focus on Service Now Development to join us on a permanent basis. As our newest developer, you will be joining an established team of 5 and will provide a valuable input in the execution of our projects.
Your day-to-day will include:
Service Now Development:
- Design, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Build and maintain automation workflows to streamline IT and business processes.
- Develop and support custom integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., APIs, SQL, Azure, and internal apps).
- Create and maintain catalog items, request workflows, and notifications for operational support teams.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions adhere to governance, security, and performance best practices.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and documentation to ensure smooth deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional ServiceNow configurations.
Full-Stack Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain features across the Infoview App Layer using React (TypeScript), C#, ASP.NET Core, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain the API Layer using .NET 8 Web APIs, ensuring secure, reliable, and performant endpoints.
- Manage and optimize the Data Layer using SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
- Contribute to reporting and data analysis through SSRS and SQL-based reports.
- Implement and maintain unit and integration testing, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth and repeatable deployments.
- Maintain secure coding practices and compliance with ISMS requirements.
Required Skills:
- A degree in Computer Systems, Engineering or IT or relevant experience of 7 years
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React and Angular, or a strong willingness to learn them
- Strong proficiency in C# language
- Experience with .NET framework for backend development
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core for server-side development.
- Extensive knowledge of Entity Framework for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping)
- Solid understanding of SQL for database management
- Ability to work on both frontend and backend aspects of web applications
- Experience in integrating frontend and backend systems
- Thorough understanding of software development principles, design patterns and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for troubleshooting and debugging application issues
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, coupled with a proactive attitude towards learning and taking initiative
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
