- Focus: Taking skilled engineers to mastery. Work on advanced backend systems, WebAssembly, distributed systems, and AI-driven features.
- Required Skills: 37 years of solid coding experience. Expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript. Familiarity with backend frameworks, APIs, and DevOps concepts.
Track 2: Junior Developer Residency (02 Years Experience)- Role: Scholarship-Based, Intensive Bootcamp
- Monthly Stipend/Allowance:Php 35,000 Php 40,000
- Focus: An immersive program for fresh graduates, career shifters, or self-taught programmers. Compress five years of real-world experience into two.
- Required Skills: Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (any language). Eagerness to master JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Self-motivated and disciplined.
