The Full-Stack Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for strengthening the company's digital presence and brand awareness through SEO, website optimization, organic social, and paid ads. Deliver measurable business outcomes: more inquiries, higher conversion rates, and clear ROI from marketing activity.

Objectives of this Role
- Raise SEO and search visibility to be on par with (or exceed) competitors.
- Increase qualified inquiries and conversions through optimized website + targeted campaigns.
- Build consistent brand awareness across key channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest; plus other platforms as needed).
- Create repeatable marketing systems (content calendar, campaign testing, reporting) that show tangible results in the first 36 months.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Update and optimize website pages in WordPress with high-intent keywords and refreshed product content.
- Manage and publish consistent posts across Meta channels (Facebook/Instagram) and Pinterest.
- Produce or assemble needed creative assets (graphics using Canva or equivalent; using available photos/videos).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Identify the most effective platforms for paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the owner for new products and updates.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO improvement and digital visibility strategies.
- Strong experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest (planning, posting, engagement).
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta ads and/or Google Ads) and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in WordPress website editing and optimization.
- Ability to demonstrate revenue generation or performance impact.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or product-based industries.
- Familiarity with inbound marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
- Basic graphic/content creation skills.
- Experience working with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
