Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Team Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java and React to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role combines technical leadership, software architecture, and end-to-end development within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Drive hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Oversee application architecture, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project execution.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement development best practices.
• Support AWS cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in React, with strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services is an advantage.
