Job Description:

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to brainstorm solutions, coding and testing applications, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the needs of the organization. You will also participate in discussions to enhance application functionality and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and related technologies.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot.

- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Application Framework, Java Full Stack Development.

- Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

- Ability to work with version control systems like Git.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Spring Boot.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
