WHO we are:
A telehealth platform focusing on transformative, stigmatized health issues. Our goal is to address Southeast Asia's most overlooked and misunderstood health concerns.
WHERE and HOW you can work:
Our head office is located in BGC, Taguig City, in the heart of a dynamic business and lifestyle district. Our core working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, a schedule designed to help you avoid the usual early morning rush and enjoy a smoother, more relaxed commute. This setup allows you to start your day right, whether that means enjoying a proper breakfast, fitting in a morning workout, or taking care of personal errands.
We also believe work should be energizing and social. Through engagement initiatives such as our social club (IG: @club.1630), we create opportunities for employees to stay active, connect, and build a strong sense of community beyond the desk.
WHAT this role means for you:
This is a full-time role for a Full Stack Developer who wants to help build the technology behind a new era of digital healthcare in the Philippines. Your work will directly shape how people access care: faster platforms, smarter systems, and seamless e-commerce that makes wellness feel easy.
You'll ship impactful features fast, solve meaningful backend problems, and grow your technical range as our platform scales. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, iteration, and seeing their work help real people. If you thrive in a team that values curiosity, initiative, and constant improvement, you'll feel right at home here.
You're a match if you:
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power our web platform, mobile apps, and Shopify-based storefronts. This includes APIs, integrations, background jobs, and data pipelines using Node.js (Express, NestJS) and Python (Django).
- Design and maintain modern, performant frontends for both web and mobile using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
- Customize and extend Shopify storefronts and apps, working deeply with the Shopify ecosystem: Liquid templates, Shopify Admin / REST / GraphQL APIs, and custom app integrations to deliver a robust, scalable commerce experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, design, and frontend engineers, acting as the connective tissue between product vision and technical execution turning requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Build and consume APIs (REST & GraphQL), integrate third-party services, and support microservice-based architectures where appropriate.
- Optimize performance, security, scalability, and reliability across the stack covering commerce workflows, data systems, and health-techadjacent features.
- Troubleshoot and debug across the full stack, from databases and backend services to frontend performance and Shopify theme issues.
Profile Wishlist:
- 4+ years of full-stack web development experience, with a strong backend bias. Think: you're more comfortable in the engine room and not afraid of complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django), REST & GraphQL APIs, and relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Practical experience with Shopify: themes, Liquid templating, Shopify APIs, and custom apps or integrations.
- Solid frontend knowledge to collaborate effectively: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js; familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap is a plus.
- Experience building or supporting mobile applications, ideally using Flutter, or working closely with mobile teams.
- Comfortable working with cloud and DevOps tooling: AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Bonus points for exposure to AI/ML-powered features, such as integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), embeddings, or vector databases.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and UX considerations: performance, conversion optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with headless Shopify architectures, Shopify Plus, third-party integrations (payments, fulfillment, inventory), and regulated or health-techadjacent domains is a plus.
