About The Role
CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Solution Sr. Analyst to join the Global Occupier Solutions Architecture & Pricing (GOSAP) Team in Manila. This role will report to the Sr. Engineer and play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, end-to-end solutions that integrate advanced AI capabilities with robust full-stack architectures.
Working closely with project teams and CBRE Digital & Technology representatives, this role will be responsible for building scalable applications, automating complex workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations within the Sales & Solution Enablement function
What You'll Do
- Design and develop secure, scalable web-based platforms aligned with CBRE standards
- Build modular architecture for pricing engines, proposal templates, and AI-driven recommendations
- Develop APIs, backend services, and manage databases for pricing and operational data
- Implement AI/ML models for predictive pricing, cost optimization, and resource planning
- Use NLP to automate proposal content generation and ensure compliance with RFP requirements
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph)
- Automate proposal document creation with embedded pricing and solution details
- Ensure security and compliance for sensitive client data
- Optimize system performance and design for future scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on emerging technologies
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in full-stack development (React, Angular, C#, REST API, Python)
- 3+ years in AI/ML implementation (Azure OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end frameworks
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
