You won't just be closing tickets; you'll partner with leadership to evolve our legacy systems into a modern, scalable architecture while shipping critical new features to our growing user base.
What You Will Do
- Modernize & Scale: Add features and fix bugs within a modern Laravel/Vue architecture. You will solve complex problems regarding data integrity and zero-downtime transitions.
- Full-Stack Ownership: Build end-to-end features using PHP (Laravel), TypeScript, VueJS, and TailwindCSS.
- Elevate Code Quality: Champion engineering excellence by establishing CI/CD pipelines, writing comprehensive integration tests, and conducting mentorship-focused code reviews.
- Optimize Performance: Identify bottlenecks in SQL queries and backend controllers to improve application speed and reliability.
What You Bring
- Senior-Level Fluency: 5+ years of full-stack experience, with deep expertise in modern PHP and the Laravel ecosystem.
- Frontend Sophistication: Strong command of modern frontend development (VueJS, Composition API, TypeScript, TailwindCSS). You don't just hack UI; you build reusable component systems.
- Database Mastery: Advanced proficiency with MySQL, including complex schema design, normalization, and query optimization.
- AI Curiosity: Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI coding assistants to increase velocity and reduce repetitive toil.
