Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend-first mindset to join our team. This role goes beyond building functional interfaces, you will craft immersive, high-performance digital experiences.

The ideal candidate treats web development as both a technical and creative discipline, leveraging modern frameworks like Next.js and animation tools like GSAP to bring designs to life. On the backend, you will manage a headless CMS architecture (Strapi), ensuring seamless data flow and scalable API structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications using React and Next.js
• Develop engaging, interactive user experiences using GSAP animations (scroll-triggered and state-based)
• Design and maintain headless CMS architecture (Strapi), including content models and APIs
• Optimize applications for performance and Core Web Vitals, especially with animation-heavy interfaces
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end user journey
• Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the full stack

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with React and Next.js (App Router preferred)
• Strong expertise in GSAP (ScrollTrigger, Flip, Observer)
• Solid understanding of browser rendering and performance optimization
• Experience with Strapi or similar headless CMS platforms
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Strong skills in modern CSS (Tailwind, CSS Modules, or Styled Components)
• Experience with state management (Zustand, Redux, or React Context)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Three.js or React Three Fiber (3D web experiences)
• Knowledge of GLSL shaders
• Portfolio featured on Awwwards, Hoverstat.es, or similar platforms
• Experience with DevOps tools (GCP, Azure, Docker)
• Familiarity with Drupal CMS
