Full Stack Engineer

We, at Coforge, are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a diverse and innovative team to help

ensure that we deliver world-class features for our users.

As a Full Stack Developer in our team, you will help comprehend technical and functional

requirements, develop, QA, and implement business-driven requests and enhancements

and software upgrades. You will provide support and maintenance of platforms owned by

the team and prepare documentation of solutions. You will help the team create and

maintain acceptance criteria for user stories, help Business Analyst by giving suggestions

from a quality assurance perspective regarding user experience, possible performance

issues, and future bugs. You will work with a cross-functional team to identify risks,

mitigating them where possible.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python and SQL development
• Experience in Batch jobs and analysis of data, Data Transformation, Reporting) would be regarded
• Experience in front end development using React (or Angular) would be regarded.
• Demonstrable ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Docker / Linux experience
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar) to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving. – Familiarity with leveraging AI for code generation, debugging, documentation, and test automation is highly regarded - 3 months experience
• AWS experience and/or certification will be regarded
• Experience in Test Driven Development, Unit Testing and Test Automation would be highly regarded.
• Brings high regard on Quality Assurance - experience in automating tests on UI and/or database and/or web based applications desirable
