Full Stack Developer
Hybrid Set-up (One Ayala, Makati)

About The Role
The Citco Governance Services Development Team is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in .Net, React, SQL and Restful Web Services. Responsibilities will primarily include new development, development of enhancements, contribution to system releases and third-level support as required. You will be working in a cross-functional team to build, test and deliver applications for the financial services industry. You will be interfacing with a local Dev Manager and stakeholders in Europe and North America and some workday offset will be required.
Backend Development
- 3-5 years of experience in .NET development (.NET Core, C#)
- Understanding of common design patterns and Object-Oriented Programming
- Familiarity with software architecture patterns such as:
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- N-tier Architecture
Frontend Development
- Experience with front-end technologies:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- React
- Knowledge of React ecosystem:
- Redux
- React Hooks
Database & API
- Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework
- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and React
- Implement responsive and efficient user interfaces
- Participate in technical architecture discussions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality solutions
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Understanding of software design principles
- Experience in developing web applications
- Experience with development methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for Software Development
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
- Interest in financial services industry
