We are looking for a highly skilled
Full Stack Developer to join a fast-growing Canadian fintech team building secure, automation-driven software solutions for the financial services industry.

You will work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to design, build, optimize, and maintain enterprise-grade applications used in a high-performance fintech environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Full Stack Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, and React
- Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following strong engineering best practices
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for frontend systems and third-party integrations
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance across the application stack
Database & Azure Integration
- Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema designs using SQL Server or Azure SQL
- Deploy and manage cloud services using Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, and Key Vaults
- Use Azure DevOps for pipelines, repository control, release management, and CI/CD workflows
Agile Collaboration
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality releases
- Contribute ideas that improve architecture, automation, performance, and development processes
Code Quality & Best Practices
- Support code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Apply secure coding practices and advocate for testing, automation, and continuous improvement
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong backend development experience with C# and .NET Core
- Experience building and securing RESTful APIs
- Advanced SQL Server skills, including query optimization
- Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS, including App Services, Functions, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with unit and integration testing using xUnit, NUnit, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and agile development workflows
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver reliable solutions
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AI integrations
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Container Services
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or load testing platforms
