The BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Strategic Business Unit at Pointwest Innovations Corporation is looking for Full Stack Developers (Senior, Mid-Level, and Junior) who are ready to bridge the gap between robust Java backends and intuitive React user interfaces.

What You Will Do (Key Tasks)

• Delight Our Customers: Design and deploy secure, high-quality, end-to-end financial solutions (Java/React) that exceed client expectations.
• Grow Our Business: Provide technical expertise for solution designs, support proposal efforts, and build trusted relationships with global financial clients.
• Improve the Way We Work: Champion clean coding practices, participate in peer code reviews, and drive CI/CD and automation using Agile Scrum.
• Develop Yourself & Others: Continuously upskill in modern web and cloud tech while mentoring and collaborating with a high-performing team.

How Success is Measured (Key Metrics)

• Impact & Satisfaction: Achieving high client satisfaction (CSAT) scores and meeting project SLAs.
• Engineering Excellence: Delivering high-quality, optimized code with minimal defects and strong JUnit test coverage.
• Business Value: Accurate development estimations and contributing to innovative technical proposals.
• Growth: Active participation in upskilling, hitting certification targets, and successfully mentoring peers.

What We Are Looking For

• Senior Level (5+ Years): Mastery of Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP API, React, JUnit, and MS SQL/PL-SQL. Azure DevOps and Agile Scrum experience required. Strong mentorship and client-facing skills.
• Mid-Level (3-5 Years): Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, JUnit, and MS SQL. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Junior Level (1-2 Years): Solid foundation in Java with exposure to Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, and MS SQL. Eager to learn and highly adaptable.
• Nice to have across all levels: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
