Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and support the organization's digital transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business applications, automation solutions, and digital platforms that improve operational efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining web and business applications.
• Building responsive front-end solutions using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Developing backend services, APIs, and system integrations using Node.js and related technologies.
• Implementing business process automation solutions through Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Supporting cloud-hosted applications and services within Microsoft Azure.
• Managing databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting reporting and analytics requirements.
• Exploring AI-enabled solutions and contributing to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or Application Development.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application architecture, design patterns, systems integration, database management, cloud computing, and information security principles.
